You will get your own username and can log into our platform. From here you’ll be able schedule all of your upcoming turnover cleanings, add notes, re-schedule cleanings, etc.
Our cleaners (who all have experience in short-term rental cleaning) show up and clean your unit before your next guest arrives. As much as possible we’ll try to send the same cleaners to your unit every time so they know the best way to clean your unit. See our Cleaning Services page for what is included in our Airbnb package.
The cleaners will be on the lookout for any damages. If they find any damages, we will take pictures and send it to you. The cleaners will also notify you if you’re running low on certain supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.)

Laundry: On-site laundry is included in the cost per turnover cleaning. See below for how many loads are included (based on your home size)
If a unit requires more loads to be done, please discuss with us! We may need to charge additional for the time. If the laundry/dryer require coins, we will simply charge for reimbursement.
Excessive Dirtiness: If your unit is excessively dirty from the prior tenants and will not be able to be finished in the allotted amount of time, we will let you know and may charge extra for a deep cleaning To schedule a cleaning, please first fill out the below form and someone will be in touch with you as soon as possible.
